Our School - Enrolment Information

The Boyup Brook District High School enrolment process is as follows;

  1. Obtain a copy of Enrolment Form (print from website, collect from either Primary or Middle School office or email the school to request one be mailed out).
  2. Complete Enrolment Form and return to school office. This can be done in person, postal mail, email or fax.
  3. Original identification documents (Proof of Birth, Proof of Address and Proof of Immunisation) will need to be provided in person prior to your child commencing school.
  4. Once your child has commenced at Boyup Brook District High School, a transfer note will be sent to their previous school (if applicable) to request all student academic, behavioural and medical files be forwarded to Boyup Brook District High School.
