Welcome to Boyup Brook District High School
We aim to develop capable and creative individuals who are connected to community and who aspire to be positive and productive members of society.
Boyup Brook is situated in the South-West of Western Australia approximately 270km from Perth. The school is a Level 5 district high school catering for students from Kindergarten to Year 10.
The school is located near the centre of the town on two separate sites, with students from Kindergarten to Year 6 on the Primary School site and students from Year 7 to Year 10 at the Middle School site 600 metres away. Students are drawn from families that are involved in farming, viticulture and local business with an increasing number of fly in, fly out workers who value the safe, supportive, rural life style of the community.
Our school recognises that all staff are vital sources of support and together with families, are the foundation to the success of all students.
When will my child start school?
Children turning four prior to 30 June 2018 can enroll for Kindergarten in 2018. Children turning four on or after 01 July 2018 will start at the beginning of the following year.
It is a requirement of the school, that we sight and photocopy the originals of the following documents:
- Birth Certificate.
- Australian Childhood Immunisation Register (ACIR) Statement provided by Medicare (available from the Medicare website).
- Proof of Residency, two documents including any of the following; Current Shire Rates notice, Utilities Account, Rental Agreement (current).
- Visa documentation or Citizenship certificates.
- Most recent School Report and NAPLAN results.
Mail addressed to PO Boxes will not be accepted.

2018 Student Requirement List - All Years
Please ensure you choose the correct Requirement List for your child's 2018 school year (the year they are going into)
All uniforms orders are handled by the School. Parents can choose from ordering brand new uniforms or second hand uniforms.
To order new uniforms, parents can;
a) Attend either the Primary or Middle School offices to place an order;
b) Complete the Uniform Order Form and return via fax or email to the Middle School.
Payment must be made in full prior to collecting uniform items.
To purchase second hand uniform items, parents can;
a) Contact the Primary School to enquire about stock available;
b) Attend the Primary School to look through stock.
All second hand items are $5 each, payment must be made at point of sale.
Boyup Brook DHS accepts Cash, Cheque or Direct Deposit.
